Common use of PTO Eligibility Clause in Contracts

PTO Eligibility. Regular employees are eligible to use up to eight (8) PTO hours every two months during their first year of employment. After completion of one year of employment and annually thereafter, employees are eligible to use all remaining PTO hours accrued during the prior year.
