PTO Eligibility. PTO is an allotted number of excused paid days provided to each employee for such things as personal illness, family matters or personal business as well as for vacation. An employee’s total annual allocation of PTO days is available as of January 1 of each year because employees are permitted to borrow prospectively from their annual allocation within the same calendar year. In all instances, use of PTO is subject to the approval of the employee’s supervisor or scheduling. PTO is accrued monthly on the 16th of the month. Regular employees will be granted PTO days in each calendar year on the following basis:

PTO Eligibility. Employees will accrue PTO monthly beginning January 2017 as follows: Continuous Service Requirement PTO Accrual Amount Less than 6 years Accrue 13.3334 hours per month 6 years but less than 10 years Accrue 16.6668 hours per month 10 + years or more Accrue 20 hours per month Employees may have a maximum of 160 hours of PTO at the end of the calendar year. Any unused PTO hours in excess of the 160-hour maximum at the end of the calendar year will be paid out. PTO will be accrued monthly for any month in which the employee receives compensation from the Company. This includes hours lost due to temporary disability under Workers' Compensation. The hours will be granted (available to be taken) the following month. PTO accrual rates are based on the employee's established anniversary date for PTO eligibility. All PTO hours will be paid at the employee's current base rate of pay and will include lead premium and shift premium if the employee was on shift the day prior to the PTO. Employees who leave the active payroll of the company shall be paid for all PTO earned up to the time of separation. In the event of an employee's death the accumulated PTO will be paid out into the employee's estate.

PTO Eligibility. Effective January 1, 2016, PTO is accrued weekly based on the following schedule: Company Service Annual Eligibility 0–4 years 120 hours 5–10 years 160 hours 10 years and over 200 hours PTO hours can be used for vacation, sickness, and personal time off from work. Employees may accrue a maximum total of 240 hours plus their annual eligibility. Beginning January 1, 2016, and each January thereafter, all banked PTO hours in excess of 240 at the end of the calendar year will be paid out as soon as administratively possible. PTO time is not subject to payment in lieu of use, except upon the employee’s termination or when the employee’s PTO accrual is in excess of the banking maximum’s at the end of each calendar year.
PTO Eligibility. An employee must complete one (1) year of Company Service Credit to obtain initial eligibility of one hundred and twenty (120) hours of PTO. However, sixty (60) hours of this initial PTO maybe taken after completion of six (6) months of Company Service Credit.
PTO Eligibility. A. Part-time Employees regularly scheduled less than 30 hours per week do not accrue PTO.
