Pur- chaser warrants that no person or agency has been em- ployed or retained to solicit or secure this contract upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, per- centage, brokerage, or contingent fee, excepting bona fide employees or bona fide established commercial agencies maintained by Purchaser for the purpose of se- curing business.   • Other Provisions Relating to the Grievance Procedure 1. No reprisal of any kind shall be taken by or against any participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.

  • Additional Provisions Respecting Insurance (a) All insurance required by this Tenant Agency Compliance Agreement shall be procured and maintained in financially sound and generally recognized responsible insurance companies authorized to write such insurance in the State and selected by the entity required to procure the same.
