PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot], and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a any transfer, as the said obligations go also pass along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the plot [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the plot [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the plot [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any and by way of subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Unit and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project Unit and the Complex shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the andthe obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent anysubsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartmentthe[Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Flat/Plot/Duplex] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [ApartmentFlat/Plot/Duplex], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [ApartmentFlat/Plot/Duplex] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [ApartmentAllottee/Plot]s, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Country Home for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Designated Unit and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]Designated Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Designated Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the [Apartment/said Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] said Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottees/successor of the [Apartment/Plot]plot, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/PlotFlat], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/PlotFlat] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [ApartmentAllottee/Plot]s, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [ApartmentFlat/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Flat for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the row house[Apartment/Plot]and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartmentrow house[Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartmentrow house[Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees Allot-tees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]said Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] said Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Unit and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]said Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] said Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the row house [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the row house [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the row house [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Said Unit and Phase – I of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Purchaser(s) of the [Apartment/Plot]Said Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Said Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the ofthe Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Apartment/ Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Apartment/ Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Plots/Flats/Duplex, and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees ALLOTTEEs of the [ApartmentPLOTS/Plot]FLATS/DUPLEX,, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [ApartmentPlots/Plot] Flats/Duplex, for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the f lat [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [flat [ Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the flat [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. 23.1 It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Unit and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]said Unit, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Promoter, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] said Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [ApartmentAllottee/Plot]s, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Commercial Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot/Villa] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot/Villa], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot/Villa] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/ flat] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/PlotApartment/ flat], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/PlotApartment/ flat] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the house [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the house [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the house [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]said Xxxx, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] said Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. 22.1 It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Unit and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said UNIT and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]said UNIT, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] said UNIT for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], flat/ parking in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] flat/ parking for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all th0t OH the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood u nderstood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/ Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Apartment/ Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Apartment/ Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder here under in respect of the [Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Said Unit and the Building/ Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Purchaser(s) of the [Apartment/Plot]Said Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Said Unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between betwe en the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/PlotApartment /Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Apartment/ Plot] for all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Unit and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with alongwith the [Apartment/Plot] Unit for all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that heretothat all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Unit and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]said Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] for said Unitfor all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]Units, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Units for all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/shop/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/shop/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/shop/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], Plot in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Plot/Shop/Flat and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [ApartmentPlot/Plot]Shop/Flat, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [ApartmentPlot/Plot] Shop/Flat for all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Plot(s) and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot]Plot(s), in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot] Plot(s) for all intents and purposes.
