Provisioning Options Clause Samples

The Provisioning Options clause defines the methods and choices available for supplying goods, services, or resources under an agreement. It typically outlines whether the provider will deliver items directly, use third-party suppliers, or offer alternatives if the primary option is unavailable. This clause ensures both parties understand the available methods for fulfilling obligations, thereby reducing uncertainty and providing flexibility in how contractual requirements are met.
