Common use of Provision of Statistics Clause in Contracts

Provision of Statistics. The aeronautical authorities of each Contracting Party shall, on request, provide such periodic or other statements of statistics as may be reasonably required for the purpose of reviewing the capacity provided on the agreed services by the designated airlines of that Contracting Party to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party. Such statements shall include all information required to determine the amount of traffic carried by those airlines on the agreed services and the origins and destinations of such traffic.

Provision of Statistics. The aeronautical authorities of each a Contracting Party shall, on request, provide shall supply to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party at their request such periodic or other statements of statistics as may be reasonably required for the purpose of reviewing the capacity provided on the agreed services by the designated airlines of that the Contracting Party referred to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Partyfirst in this Article. Such statements shall include all information required to determine the amount of traffic carried by those airlines on the agreed services and the origins and destinations of such traffic.

The aeronautical authorities of each Contracting Party shall, on request, provide such periodic or other statements of statistics as may be reasonably required for the purpose of reviewing the capacity provided on the agreed level of services by the designated airlines of that Contracting Party operated under this Agreement to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party. Such statements shall include all information required to determine the amount of traffic carried by those airlines on the agreed services and the origins and destinations of such traffic.

The aeronautical authorities of each either Contracting Party shall, on shall supply to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party at their request, provide such periodic or of other statements of statistics as may be reasonably required for the purpose of reviewing the capacity provided on the agreed services by and showing possibly, the designated airlines of that Contracting Party to the aeronautical authorities initial origins and final destinations of the other Contracting Partytraffic as may be possible. Such statements data shall include all information required to determine the amount of traffic carried by those airlines the said designated airline(s) on the agreed services and the origins and destinations of such trafficservices.

Such statements shall include all information required to determine the amount of traffic carried by those airlines on the agreed services and the origins and destinations of such traffic.
