Provision of space and access for Reserved Services. 17.7.1 The Concessionaire undertakes that it shall, at all times during the Operations Period, provide to MOR and the Railway Staff such access, space and facilities at the Rail System as may be necessary to enable them to perform the Reserved Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
