Province Representations and Warranties. 2.4 The Province represents and warrants to the First Nations, Whistler Blackcomb and RMOW, with the intent and understanding that the First Nations, Whistler Blackcomb and RMOW will rely thereon in entering into and acting in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, that the Province has the legal power, capacity, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to carry out the Province’s obligations under this Agreement.
