Common use of Provider Training Clause in Contracts

Provider Training. 12.9.1. Contractor shall, at a minimum, develop trainings and host forums for ongoing training regarding the Program and the services Contractor offers. 12.9.1.1. Contractor shall develop training on how to request assistance from ▇▇▇▇ in discharging Members to care in the community, for hospital staff with whom Contractor works to discharge Members. 12.9.1.1.1. On a quarterly basis, Contractor shall distribute the care discharges training to hospital care discharge teams with whom Contractor works. 12.9.2. Contractor shall promote participation of Network Providers in state, local, and Contractor specific training programs. 12.9.2.1. Contractor shall ensure that trainings and updates on the following topics are made available to Contractor’s Network Providers every six (6) months: 12.9.2.2. Colorado Medicaid eligibility and application processes. 12.9.2.3. Medicaid benefits. 12.9.2.4. Access to Care standards. 12.9.2.5. EPSDT.
