Common use of Provider Testing Clause in Contracts

Provider Testing. The Provider is responsible for coordinating and paying for all routine and special tests required to confirm compliance with quality and performance requirements of the Contract Documents. This “quality control” testing shall include any particular testing required to verify a complete working system: 8.2.1 Routine, preliminary, start-up, pre-functional and operational testing of building equipment and systems as necessary to confirm operational compliance with requirements of the Contract Documents. 8.2.2 All subsequent tests on original or replaced materials conducted as a result of prior testing failure.
