Common use of PROVIDER Rights Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

PROVIDER Rights Upon Termination. Except as otherwise required by law, PROVIDER agrees, subject to the appeal process set forth in the Provider Manual, any XXXXX decision to terminate this Agreement pursuant to this Section VII shall be final.
