Common use of Protective Clothing/Device Clause in Contracts

Protective Clothing/Device. If an employee is required to wear protective clothing or any type of protective device in a particular job, the employer shall furnish such protective clothing or device. It is the responsibility of each individual employee to properly maintain such protective devices at all times and returns them to the employer when they are no longer needed. Upon termination, administrative or other extended leave all issued school property, including keys shall be turned in to the employee's supervisor prior to issuance of his/her final pay checks.
