Protection of the Environment. 29.1 The Parties recognise that Petroleum Operations will cause some impact on the environment in the Area. Accordingly, in performance of this Agreement, Working Interest Owners shall conduct Petroleum Operations with due regard to concerns with respect to protection of the environment and conservation of natural resources.
