Common use of PROTECTION OF SYSTEM DATA Clause in Contracts

PROTECTION OF SYSTEM DATA. A. In addition to the requirements of the main body of this Contract, if Contractor or any Subcontractor is given access to State Information Technology resources or State Records by the State or its agents in connection with Contractor’s performance under the Contract, Contractor shall protect such Information Technology resources and State Records in accordance with this Exhibit. All provisions of this Exhibit that refer to Contractor shall apply equally to any Subcontractor performing work in connection with the Contract.
