Protection of Designees. To the extent that any designee of the Trustee is performing a function of the Trustee under this Trust Agreement, the designee shall have the benefit of all of the applicable limitations on the scope of the Trustee's duties and liabilities, all applicable rights of indemnification granted hereunder to the Trustee and all other applicable protections of any nature afforded to the Trustee.
