Executive agrees and covenants that for a period of two (2) years from and after his termination of employment with the Company, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, whether through Executive or through another person or entity, perform any of the Prohibited Activities (as defined below) in the Territory (as defined below) or any part thereof for or on behalf of Executive or any other person or entity that competes with the Business of the Company Group (as defined below) or any part thereof.
