Protected Leave. The Employer will provide employees with family and medical leave, pregnancy disability leave, military leave and other paid and unpaid leave required by state and federal law, including for example: a. Family and Medical Leave (29 U.S.C. 2601 et seq., and RCW 49.78); b. Family Care Act Leave (RCW 49.12.265); c. Pregnancy Disability Leave (RCW 49.60); d. Leave for Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Stalking (RCW 49.76); e. Leave for Spouses of Deployed Military Personnel (RCW 49.77); f. Leave for Certain Emergency Services Personnel (RCW 49.12.460); ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Paid Family and Medical Leave Program (RCW 50A.04). Leave eligibility, benefits and requirements will be determined by applicable law and will be administered according to the Employer’s policy.
