Common use of Proprietary Interest Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Interest. The systems, methods, procedures and controls employed by Manager and any written materials or brochures developed by Manager to document the same are to remain the property of Manager and are not, at any time during or after the term of this Agreement, to be utilized, distributed, copied or otherwise employed or acquired by Owner, except as authorized by Manager.
