Common use of Proprietary Information & Restrictive Covenant Agreement Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Information & Restrictive Covenant Agreement. As a condition of employment and/or continued employment with the Company, Executive agrees to execute and abide by the Proprietary Information & Restrictive Covenant Agreement (the “Proprietary Information Agreement”), attached hereto as Exhibit A, simultaneously with the Executive’s execution of this Agreement. The Proprietary Information Agreement may be amended by the Parties from time to time without regard to this Agreement. The Proprietary Information Agreement contains provisions that are intended by the Parties to survive and do survive termination of this Agreement.
