Common use of Proposed Streets Clause in Contracts

Proposed Streets. Proposed streets shall extend to the boundary lines of the parcel being subdivided unless prevented by topography or other physical conditions or unless, in the opinion of the Village Board, such extension is not necessary or desirable for the coordination of the layout of the subdivision or for the advantageous development of the adjacent parcels. Temporary turnarounds may be required where the street ends at the boundary of the subdivision.
