This Statement of Work (SOW) must be referenced in Spirent’s associated quote, including document number and revision. On placing a purchase order for services quoted, Client confirms agreement to all applicable terms and conditions in which the services shall be performed. These are included in Section 14 of this document. For administrative purposes, Client may issue a purchase order consistent with the terms of this SOW, but such purchase order is expressly not a condition or a material element of this SOW.
