Common use of Proposed Solution Clause in Contracts

Proposed Solution. The Respondent shall fully describe in each submitted Technical Proposal their solution for carrying out the proposed Service Category) which demonstrates the Respondent’s ability to provide the ser- vices for which Respondent is submitting a Proposal, including the ability to provide the services statewide. Vendors may demonstrate their proposed solution by providing relevant information for consideration including, but not limited to, describing a general approach to how the proposed Ser- vice Category will be provided, describing staffing, and/or providing resumes.
