Proposed Solution. Fiserv will use its CBS to CBS conversion and merge processes, working with the appropriate Client personnel, to convert and merge the CBK accounts into Client’s existing CBS System BNKPRD. The Project Plan identifies the general duties and responsibilities of Fiserv and the Client. Fiserv will assign a project manager, banker analysts, and technicians as necessary to meet the requirements of this conversion and merger. Client and Fiserv personnel assigned to the project will have the requisite skills, experience and knowledge of the system, banking products, general ledger and operations, as needed to complete their assigned responsibilities in a timely manner, accurately, and as intended and set forth in this PRDA.
