Common use of Proposal Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Proposal Withdrawal. Expiration. Proposals are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise provided therein. Seller reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Proposal at any time with or without notice or cause prior to acceptance by Buyer to the Proposal terms, or after Buyer’ acceptance if Buyer fails to complete any actions required by the Proposal for Seller to proceed. Seller nevertheless reserves its right to accept any contractual documents received from Buyer after this 30-day period.
