Proposal Withdrawal. Any Bidder seeking to withdraw its proposal from consideration after the proposal due date must submit such request in writing directly to CCOG at Xxxxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxx.xxx.
Proposal Withdrawal. To withdraw a proposal, the Vendor must submit a written request, signed by an authorized representative, to the RFP Coordinator. After withdrawing a previously submitted proposal, the vendor may submit another proposal at any time up to the deadline for submitting proposals.
Proposal Withdrawal. Expiration. Proposals are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise provided therein. Seller reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Proposal at any time with or without notice or cause prior to acceptance by Buyer to the Proposal terms, or after Xxxxx’s acceptance if Buyer fails to complete any actions required by the Proposal for Seller to proceed. Seller nevertheless reserves its right to accept any contractual documents received from Buyer after this 30-day period.
Proposal Withdrawal. No proposal shall be withdrawn without the consent of the District for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after action by the Board on the award recommendation. All prices shall remain firm within the period stated for purposes of analysis, evaluation and determination of which proposal will best suit the needs of the District.
Proposal Withdrawal. Prospective consultants may withdraw a submitted proposal at any time up to the proposal due date and time. This may be done via written request signed by an authorized representative and submitted to the Contact for the RFP. The Consultant may submit another proposal at any time up to the closing date and time.
Proposal Withdrawal. Proposers may request withdrawal of a proposal prior to the scheduled opening time and date, provided the request for withdrawal is submitted in writing to the Procurement Department. Requests for withdrawal of a proposal after the proposal opening time and date shall be in written form. However, the Housing Authority reserves the right to withhold releasing any proposals requested for withdrawal after the scheduled opening time and date for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
Proposal Withdrawal. No proposal may be withdrawn until the Agreement has been executed on behalf of both the successful Proposer and the Authority.
