The Property Preparation clause outlines the responsibilities and requirements for preparing a property before a specific event, transaction, or use. Typically, this clause details actions such as cleaning, making repairs, or ensuring compliance with safety standards, and may assign these tasks to either the property owner or another party. Its core function is to ensure the property meets agreed-upon conditions, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating a smooth transition or use of the property.
Property Preparation. It is required that the property be cleaned and staged properly before each photoshoot for maximum quality. Failure to do so will not entitle the Client to a free reshoot. If a photograph was missed or not to the satisfaction of the Client, one revisit is offered by the Photographer (14 day period). Additional revisits have an excess fee of 130.- CHF plus any extra expenses (i.e., travel expenses).
Property Preparation. As the Owner of Record, I agree to ensure that all animals and/or pets present on the Property are secured in a way that will not hinder the real estate photography session. I furthermore acknowledge that the Property will be photographed in as-is condition and that no staging of the home will be completed by the Company in any way.
Property Preparation. The preparation of the first 6 acres of the 30 acres will begin with the excavation of the one foot of soil across the 6 acres to put in a plastic frost-line barrier installed under a GAHT system. The GAHT (or Ground to Air Heat Transfer System) will allow us to blow heated air during colder months below ground to heat the ground that will warm the farm at night after the temperatures drop. This is a passive way to heat the facility at night by leveraging the day-time heat. The ground will be returned to their original level and then three feet of dirt will be added to build a higher foundation across the farm.
