Common use of Proper Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Proper Maintenance. Buyer agrees to properly and adequately maintain and care the goods supplied by Seller. Buyer’s failure to properly and adequately maintain and care for the goods supplied by Seller will nullify and void any and all warranty provided by Seller on the goods.
