PROPER INVOICES. 5.3.1 After the Commencement Date, Proper Invoices shall be given to the Owner monthly for each Invoice Period as the Work progresses, unless otherwise specified in row B.9 of the Information Sheet. Proper Invoices shall be given to the Owner by giving it to the Owner Representative in accordance with row B.10 of the Information Sheet.
