Proper Handling of Confidential Information. Employees shall not divulge to third parties any confidential information obtained during employment or service for Darktrace. During and after employment by or service with Darktrace, directors, officers, employees and Partners shall not divulge to third parties, or appropriate to their own use, or to the use of others, any confidential information obtained during employment or service for Darktrace.
