Common use of Proof of Insurance for Renewal or Extension Required Clause in Contracts

Proof of Insurance for Renewal or Extension Required. At least ten (10) days prior to the expiration date of any of the policies required on the attached Contract Requirement page, documentation showing that the insurance coverage has been renewed or extended shall be filed with the Department. If such coverage is canceled or reduced in coverage, Licensee shall, within fifteen (15) days of such cancellation or reduction of coverage, file with the Department evidence that the required insurance has been reinstated or provided through another insurance company or companies.

If such coverage is canceled or reduced in coverage, Licensee Interconnection Customer shall, within fifteen (15) days of such cancellation or reduction of coverage, file with the Department Transmission Provider evidence that the required insurance has been reinstated or provided through another insurance company or companies.
