Common use of Prompt Performance Clause in Contracts

Prompt Performance. Restoration of the Premises under this Section 6.02 shall be performed in accordance with Section 2.04(b) hereof. If the work of repairing, replacing or rebuilding said damaged or destroyed Premises or portion thereof shall not have been commenced promptly following the receipt of all required approvals of Lessee's plans and specifications, or having been commenced, shall not be expeditiously proceeding, Lessor shall have all rights under this Lease in respect of a default by Lessee.
