Promotion – Evaluation. A bargaining unit member who has promoted to a new position within the District shall serve a probationary period of 130 working days in the new classification. During this period, evaluation will be conducted in accordance with Article 4.5.
17.1.1 A permanent employee who accepts a promotion and fails to complete the probationary period for that promotional classification, shall be employed in the position from which he or she was promoted.
