Promoting the Program. 10.1 At least once a year, Management will make employees aware of the EAP and the services it provides. 10.2 Newly hired employees will receive appropriate EAP materials at their Western orientation. 10.3 Within sixty (60) days of the change in any EAP contractor, or any change in the nature of services provided, all affected employees will be notified in writing.
