Promoting the Program Sample Clauses

The "Promoting the Program" clause defines the obligations and permissions related to marketing and publicizing a specific program covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how each party may use the program’s name, logo, or other identifying materials in promotional activities, and may set requirements for obtaining prior approval before making public statements or advertisements. Its core function is to ensure that both parties coordinate their promotional efforts, maintain brand integrity, and avoid unauthorized or misleading representations of the program.
