Prolonged Statutory. If an Administrator's or Supervisor's absence shall be the result of a personal injury caused by an accident arising out, and in the course of his/her employment, such Administrator or Supervisor shall be allowed sick leave with full pay for the entire period of such absence for up to one (1) calendar year. Such leave shall not be charged to the sick leave provided in Paragraph 1 of this section. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:30-2.1, any amount of salary or wages paid or payable under this subsection shall be reduced by the amount of any workmen’s compensation award made for temporary disability pursuant to Title 34 of the New Jersey Statutes.
