Project Team Training. Omnicare CR will rely on internal experts to provide specific therapeutic area training and orientation to the protocol and the CRF prior to study initiation and on an ongoing basis. This training will be designed to ensure that all Project Team members are familiar with the Project requirements and their role within the Project Team. Project Team Training. MDS Pharma Services will participate to an international training meeting in GENTIUM’s office, in order to ensure that all members of the project team are fully conversant with the technical requirements of the protocol, e-CRF and other study documentation. Representatives from GENTIUM will also attend this meeting in order to brief the MDS Pharma Services project team on the study drug and study objectives. A Webex training session will also be held for training purposes.
Project Team Training. The Avolve training team will schedule a training session to educate the project team on the key concepts and features of the application and workflow to provide knowledge on how to begin unit testing of the workflow(s). This course will include basic navigation of the system, creating and editing annotations on plans and how this relates to the roles within the application and workflow for plan review. All courses are limited to 12 persons per course session maximum.
Project Team Training. The Xxxx Xxxxxx Project Manager will be responsible for scheduling attendance at the on-site EnterpriseOne Classes identified below. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING • Fast Track: Foundation 1 Day on-site • Fast Track: Financials 6 Days on-site • Fast Track: Store Sales & Ops 8 Days on-site • Fast Track: Payroll 4 Days on-site The training is an average of one day per module and all classes will have a maximum of 10 students per class. We suggest that the Xxxx Xxxxxx project team members are crossed-trained. We recommend each team lead attend all classes in a suite of Applications. Xxxx Xxxxxx may also want to include their key users in this training. Xxxx Xxxxxx will bring their project team members to a single location so that the training can be done by function and will not have to be repeated in multiple locations. The location of the training is to be determined by Xxxx Xxxxxx and Axion. After the initial training, it is important that the Xxxx Xxxxxx and users engage in “hands-on” practice with the software in the “Test/CRP” environment to achieve proficiency in the application. Xxxx Xxxxxx is required to provide each user with a working computer with EnterpriseOne deployed in a classroom environment. End User training will be done by the Xxxx Xxxxxx project team, utilizing a train-the-trainer methodology.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Technical Training 3.1 Party A agrees hereby to provide the following training service to party B and its staffs:

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.
