Common use of Project Selection Clause in Contracts

Project Selection. All projects under the Communities Component will be selected jointly by the Parties through a competitive, application­based process in accordance with joint criteria to be set out in the Communities Funding Agreement. Such criteria will include the requirement that all Approved Projects fall under one of the BCF Eligible Categories. All applications under the Communities Component must be endorsed, in writing, by the appropriate order of government.
