PROJECT PRINCIPLES. 2.1 The STC Option and the TWBC Option have been entered into simultaneously with completion of this MOU and KCC has the ability to call for the transfer of the STC Land and the TWBC Land to be transferred to KCC. The STC Land and the TWBC Land may only be used for the Project.
