Project Planning and Implementation. 4.1.1. Assisting Employer in preparation of detailed work implementation schedule in association with turnkey contractor.

4.1.4. Identification of anticipated bottlenecks in project implementation & preparation of remedial action plan in consultation with Employer & Contractor.
4.1.5. To assist Employer in addition of the created assets to their asset register.
4.1.6. Recommend the claim of utility for fund release from Nodal Agency. The recommendation is to be supported by a report on expenditure, progress and constraints if any for timely completion of project.
4.1.7. Submit a report to Nodal Agency, regarding Project Completion and expenditure incurred along with recommendation in accordance with the guidelines.
4.1.8. To assist utility in supervision of flow of funds in dedicated bank account of projects.
Project Planning and Implementation i. Throughout the Grant Term, and in consultation with CARB, update and finalize the CORE Terms and Conditions and the Implementation Manual.
ii. Develop a policies and procedures document and flow chart that describes the Grantee’s administrative action for processing vouchers. Examples include details on acceptable supporting documentation, and protocols for recording CARB case-by-case approvals.
iii. At the discretion of CARB, implementing a prequalification mechanism to allow consumers to receive the appropriate voucher for eligible vehicles and equipment as close to the time of purchase as possible.
iv. Coordinate with CARB and project administrators for CARB’s other projects, as necessary, to ensure streamlined implementation of all projects in a way that is easy for the consumer to understand. This includes, but is not limited to, revising definitions as necessary, coordinating outreach efforts, applications, grant agreements, and redemption documentation, and assisting in the development of outreach materials.
v. Participate in CARB-approved events (e.g. CARB Board hearings, press events, conferences, forums, symposiums, etc.) to represent CORE.
vi. Help to develop, implement and host public events that showcase eligible equipment for interested stakeholders and the public as appropriate.
vii. Facilitate the engagement of stakeholders, including underserved communities and priority populations during technical project implementation.
viii. Support CARB with future CORE solicitations. This may include such activities as workgroup preparation, meeting support, and stakeholder engagement.
ix. Support CARB in responding to questions from the Governor’s office, Legislature, or other state agencies.
x. Support CARB in determining compliance with AB 794 (Chapter 748, 2021), if applicable, which requires that the fleets that purchase new drayage and short haul trucks (defined below) through CARB programs meet specified labor standards.
Project Planning and Implementation. The Agencies agree that the LCAS includes a set of recommendations that are based on the best currently available scientific information about lynx, risks to the species and/or individuals posed by management activities, current habitat conditions, and measures that are likely needed to conserve the species. The Agencies agree to the following actions and considerations associated with project planning and implementation. Exceptions to the provisions in this section will be made where such projects or authorizations are required by law or are necessary for protection of human health or safety. If habitat needs of threatened or endangered species conflict with the habitat needs for lynx, the FS and the FWS shall discuss the prudent alternative courses of action during consultation on the listed species. All exceptions considered will be coordinated with the FWS and disclosed during the documentation of the semi-annual review sessions discussed below in Part 4 C.
Project Planning and Implementation. 5.1 Site Information, - RTI shall provide to SCC, without cost to SCC, such information as may from time to time be reasonably requested by SCC to assist SCC to properly plan and design the Project in keeping with the terms of this Agreement and good industrial construction industry practice prevailing in British Columbia, provided that RTI shall only be required to provide that information which is in its possession. Such information reasonably requested may pertain to, but is not limited to:
(a) the Subleased Lands, including any existing soils and engineering data, and utilities and infrastructure on or adjacent to the Subleased Lands;
(b) Coal Terminal operating criteria and procedures sufficient to permit SCC to effectively plan the proposed business operations for the Sulphur Terminal;
(c) the physical structure, services, utilities and access to the Coal Terminal; and
(d) the existence and location approximately within a few feet of underground utilities and structures located in or under the Subleased Lands. Where such available information is not sufficient to be relied upon in the ordinary course of prudent development and construction practice, SCC shall obtain such further or other information as would be necessary.
Project Planning and Implementation. 2.1.1 The Consultants, which was engaged by the Consultants Management Division of DSD, and the Electrical & Mechanical Projects Division of DSD will carry out the design and construction supervision of the Project. The Sewage Treatment Division 1 and Hong Kong & Islands Division (Buildings/ Civil Maintenance Team) of DSD will operate and maintain the completed works.
Project Planning and Implementation. 11.1 Approval and implementation of FEED
(a) The Operator must by no later than 31 July 2010 prepare and submit to the Participants for approval a detailed proposal for the conduct of FEED in respect of the Project (FEED Proposal) including at least:
(i) recommendations for a contractor to undertake FEED;
(ii) detailed specifications of the work to be undertaken during FEED;
(iii) a budget; and
(iv) a timetable.
(b) The Participants must within 15 Business Days meet to consider the FEED Proposal and may approve it, with or without amendment, or reject it.
(c) If the Participants are unable to approve a FEED Proposal within one month (or such further period as the Participants determine) clause 25.1 applies.
(d) If the Participants approve a FEED Proposal under clause 11.1(b) the Operator is authorised to proceed to authorise FEED in accordance with the Approved FEED Proposal and, subject to clause 11.6, the Participants are committed to meet their Participating Interest share of the costs of undertaking such work.
