Project Metrics. Service Provider will provide information reasonably requested by Owners to enable Owners to evaluate applicable and relevant schedule and cost information for the Project. Whether or not a request has been made by Owners, Service Provider will promptly notify Owners of any event or circumstance of which Service Provider becomes aware which has a material adverse effect on the performance, cost or schedule of completion of the Services.
