Common use of Project Labor Disputes Clause in Contracts

Project Labor Disputes. All Project labor disputes involving the application or interpretation of a collective bargaining agreement (as identified in “Schedule A”) to which a signatory Contractor/Employer and a signatory Union are parties shall be resolved pursuant to the resolution procedures of the applicable Schedule A collective bargaining agreement. All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of the Construction Careers Agreement shall be subject to resolution by the Joint Administrative Committee, as described in paragraph 11.1, and the grievance arbitration procedure set forth herein.
