Common use of Project Labor Disputes Clause in Contracts

Project Labor Disputes. All disputes involving the application or interpretation of a Master Agreement to which a Contractor/Employer and a Union are parties shall be resolved pursuant to the resolution procedures of the Master Agreement. All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV and Article XIV, shall be subject to resolution by the grievance arbitration procedures set forth in this Article.

All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV and Article XIV, Agreement shall be subject to resolution by the grievance arbitration procedures Grievance Committee and the Grievance and Arbitration Procedure set forth in this ArticleArticle XII.

All Subject to Section 14.3 below, all disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV and Article XIV, the Project Stabilization Agreement shall be subject to resolution by the grievance arbitration dispute-resolution procedures set forth established in this ArticleAgreement.
