Common use of Project Information Clause in Contracts

Project Information. Customer shall furnish to Supplier, upon oral or written request, copies of all payment bonds, notices of commencements, job addresses and other information Supplier deems necessary to protect Supplier’s interest in the Product. Supplier shall have the absolute right to provide any notices to third parties or otherwise, required to secure lien and bond rights available to Supplier.
