Common use of Project Implementation Team Clause in Contracts

Project Implementation Team. The Recipient shall maintain within the Project Implementing Entity, at all times during Project implementation, the Project Implementation Team, which shall be responsible for day-to-day Project implementation. To this end, the Recipient shall maintain the Project Implementation Team in form and substance and with resources and functions satisfactory to the Association, including a coordinator from within the Project Implementing Entity, a financial specialist, a procurement specialist, a safety specialist, a security specialist and a monitoring and evaluation officer, all with qualifications, experience and terms of reference satisfactory to the Association.
