Common use of Project Implementation Manual Clause in Contracts

Project Implementation Manual. (a) The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual. (b) The Recipient shall not amend, abrogate, waive or otherwise modify the PIM, or permit the PIM or any provision thereof to be amended, abrogated, waived or otherwise modified, except with the prior written agreement of the Association. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the PIM and those of this Agreement or the Project Agreement, the latter two agreements shall prevail.

Project Implementation Manual. (a) 1. The Recipient shall ensure that implement the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not amend or waive any provision thereof if, in the opinion of the Association, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
