Project Facilities and CAW Facilities Description. The Project Facilities includes but is not limited to each of the elements described in subsections 3.1 through 3.6 of this Article 3, along with all roads, grounds, additions, repairs, replacements, easements, improvements, modifications and appurtenant structures thereto, as well as machinery and equipment therefor (collectively, the “Project Facilities”).
