Project Coordinators. Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate on Exhibit F an appropriate expert to facilitate communication and coordination of the Parties' activities under this Agreement relating to Products and to provide support and guidance to the Joint Committee (each, a "Project Coordinator"). Each Project Coordinator shall be experienced in project management and may also serve as one of the three (3) representatives of its respective Party on the Joint Committee. From time to time each Party may replace its Project Coordinator by written notice to the other Party specifying the replacement.
