Common use of Project Administration Designation Clause in Contracts

Project Administration Designation. Pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code 164-1-21(B) (1-3), the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix A of this Agreement. The Director and OPWC must be notified of changes in these designations in writing including the addition of designees or alternates.
