Project Addendum. Upon determination by the City of each individual Project which will be implemented by the Consultant under this Agreement, an addendum to this Agreement setting forth Scope of each Project, its associated fee and its duration shall be executed by the Consultant and either the City’s Director of Public Works, City Manager, or Mayor and shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
