  • Prohibition on Resale Reselling the Service or otherwise making the Service available to anyone outside your residence (e.g., via wi-fi or any other method), in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, or on a bundled or unbundled basis, is prohibited.   • COMPLIANCE WITH TAX LAW SECTION 5-a The following provisions apply to Contractors that have entered into agreements in an amount exceeding $100,000 for the purchase of goods and services:
